Lawn Care Program
7-Visit Lawn Care Program — Professional Applications for North Texas Lawns.
Our 7-visit annual program delivers season-long protection and balanced fertilization for Bermuda, Zoysia, and St. Augustine lawns. Each visit is professionally applied and timed to support turf recovery, health, and color throughout the year.
Program Overview
Three pre-emergent treatments and four balanced fertilizer visits — tailored for North Texas lawns. Formulations are professional-grade and label-compliant, with ratios proprietary to Elevate Lawns & Landscape.
What’s Included
- Spot treatments for minor or newly emerging weeds during scheduled visits (no extra cost)
- Balanced nutrition and soil conditioning throughout the growing season
- Guidance on watering and maintenance for best results
Important Notes
Invasive or persistent weeds (e.g., dallisgrass, nutsedge, poa annua) may require separate corrective treatments.
Elevate Lawns does not use MSMA.
Weather and watering can impact performance; if a washout occurs, re-application may be provided at Elevate Lawns’ discretion.
Safety
All applications meet EPA and label standards. Keep people and pets off treated turf until sprays have dried or as labeled.
